Do not pay Jose Vargas until work is completely done and to your satisfactory. Once he gets your money he will not return calls or texts. He talks a good talk so do not believe him. Claims to be a Christian but do not trust that.

We have referred several people and used him to remodel my own house a couple of years ago. Everyone has the same review - poor quality workmanship, doesn't finish the project, never returns calls or text messages. I would never refer anyone to him ever again!
