This moving company is very professional. They arrived on time as it was a last minute move. The guys was all really respectful yes ma'am no ma'am. They took there job serious to make the move as fast as possible for our time slot. The company and the guys are just great

Shields was exceptional and professional! They surpassed all of our expectations. They moved ALL of our items (including king size bed, 7pc sectional couch, washer/dryer, huge dresser with mirror, crib) and their price was LESS than half of what the other guys charge. Don't think twice about these guys; if you're looking for a moving company who cares and won't rip you off, Shields is the way to go. We had tons of last minute requests and they accommodated without question. They even supplied junk removal for us which was helpful! Very reliable, they gave us a time they would load up and they were right on time. They even provided GPS location when they were headed to our new house to drop the items off. Roundtrip was 6 hours and they didn't even bat an eye. Shields, I cannot thank you enough! Thanks for coming through and helping us move to our new home. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

My son text the night before saying that he had no help for his move the next morning. I found Shields Movers listed on Craigslist and starting texting them immediately. I needed help fast. I go a quick response and was told I could hire 2 helpers for the next morning after paying the deposit. The next morning, I contacted Shields to get more details because the number came in from out of state and I needed a local move like ASAP. Sheilds explained that they are a network team of national moving service providers and connected me to a team of local movers who in addition to showing up with 4 helpers and could also supply the moving truck. I could not believe it could all be possible on such short notice. After my 9AM call, we have a licensed and bonded moving company at the door by 1PM the same day. So I must also shout out my team of expert movers, "Latasha Jones of Focus Moverz of the Carolina's L.L.C." and " Rodney Battle of Rodney B All Round Movers Services" They attended to the care of the items to be moved like each peice was worth a million bucks. I will definitely be using them again.rnrnThank you Shields Movers and Staffers L.L.C

Shields Movers was great from the beginning. Gil was very helpful when scheduling and discussing prices. He worked with us to make sure we were getting the best deal. The men who came to pack us were wonderful. Everything was wrapped and packed perfectly, which was not easy with the stairs and small walkway to the truck. Our delivery men in Phx, were also wonderful. They were quick to unload and unwrap everything. Everything came back in perfect shape and good condition. We are very thankful for Shields Movers help in our move.

During our most recent move, Robert's team worked very carefully and took great care of our things during the move - always helpful and great about moving even our various boxes and plastic bins that we use for storage. I have recommended them to a friend who will be moving soon. rnI am very pleased with their service.

Fabulous service!!! the men that moved us were awesome there was nothing to hard for these guys. The place I moved into was on the second floor and the stairs were difficult but they got my furniture in easy with smiles and laughter. I have no problem using this company again if I have to move and highly recommend them. rnThanks again!

Had a really great experience with these movers. 3 very professional and friendly workers came to do the job. I felt very comfortable with them moving my stuff. They moved me from a 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor to a 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor. They had no complaints and were very respectful! My stuff was in great condition while they packed everything into the truck and unloading it into my new apartment. I was really stressed before moving and having this company be so professional and genuine made the process so much easier. I would recommend them to anyone and I guarantee an amazing job. If your looking for quality work for a great price this is the company to go to hands down! I’d call them again if and when I do need to move!

These guys were amazing. They not only picked up my belongings, but they asked if there was anything else and they time to look around. I know that I'm paying to have them move, but they understood that I would be moving and wanted to make sure I was happy. They were professional, introduced themselves, shook my hand and were in and out even with me looking around again. Love these guys!!

I was very disappointed with the service I received from Shields Movers. I was quoted one price over the phone, and received another on the day of the move. I had selected a large truck with 3 movers for my project, because we had a 2 bedrooms apartment to move and a treadmill. rnrnWhen the movers showed up, they had a rented U-Haul that was meant for a 1 bedroom apartment (15"). Because of this, it took 2 trips back and forth to get from the house to the apartment. I was charged for the entire time (which was an extra 60-90 minutes of driving back and forth and the movers stopping for lunch), and then charged for the mileage. Yet, I was still charged at the "large truck" rate. Since they brought a smaller truck, they should have either charged me the small truck rate (about $50 less per hour) or they should have not charged me mileage and the 60-90 minutes extra it took.rnrnIn addition to this, the team was exceptionally slow. I am not new to moving. I am in the military and have moved every 12-18 months for the past 20 years. This job should have been a 3-5 hour job, maximum. It took 11 hours. What I expected to be a less than $500 job was $1300 at the end of the day. rnrnHonestly, I cannot recommend these movers, it felt like "bait and switch". rnrn(Note: The next weekend, I had the other 2 bedrooms of the house that had to be moved to storage. I called another company, and they got it all done in less than hours, including loading, driving, and unloading into the storage unit.)

The company who contracted them made an error and said that this was only a "drop and go" load. Further, they had to unload a shipping contained off a truck chassis 5 feet high with no ramp or lift gate.rnrnHowever, the team from Shields did not leave me in a terrible situation like that, and treated every box as if it were their own property, opening each one and checking for damage. They did this with complete lack of concern for whether or not they would be compensated, and had decided among themselves that they would help me. I am so elated I chose this company for my move; calmed my fears and placed nerves at ease. Communication is very key when moving and from start to finish, Shields stayed in contact; sent GPS tracker to my phone as my belongings were being driven about. Also, sent reminder emails of moving date a few days before and the day before (it’s the small gestures sometimes). A very professional company and knowledgeable in the business. All my belongings arrived safely, unbroken, and in a timely fashion. You definitely can’t go wrong with Shields Movers and Staffers!!!!
