I'm a big fan of Field Notes ai. It's a simple but powerful CRM. I've used many other CRMs for real estate - Top Producer, Contactually, BoomTown and Contactually. I ended up getting rid of all of them because it all requires me to do data entry. With Field Notes, it solves the very thing that I hate. Their ai bot, Sparky updates my contacts and reminds me of the follow-ups that I need to do. Amazing! Can't speak highly enough about it.
