The building at 2470 Mandeville Ln. Alexandria, VA, was formerly the USGSA building before being reimagined and upcycled into our brand-new apartment community, The Foundry, located in Alexandria’s Carlyle District, near D.C, and just minutes to Old Town. Truly the best location in Alexandria. In 16 floors, we have created 520 beautiful modern industrial style apartment homes. We honored the building’s original character and architecture by preserving the exposed concrete high ceilings and columns, upcycling the reclaimed and raw textured wood and steel details, and created large open floor plans with more space and light than anyone around.
