The idea for Move On was originally had by Bryce Adkins who purchased a small moving company in Nashville, TN. The company was founded and grown through realtor referrals and networking through high-end neighborhoods. Bryce and Toddy Caldwell met in a very random, yet divine encounter in a local coffee shop. Both were pursuing an entrepreneurial venture in totally different industries with top quality as the theme of their direction.
After discussing the weaknesses of the moving industry and the problems that were not being addressed. Bryce and Toddy set out to solve these problems and give a new face to the moving industry. Hiring quality people not just “good movers” and taking care of them organically created quality for the customer, which is the ultimate goal.
